Orders and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, in which case you'll receive a full refund.
Product use
Stowz is designed for food storage within the temperature range printed on the product. Do not place it in an oven, on a stovetop, or use it to carry carbonated or pressurised liquids.
Intellectual property
The Stowz name, wordmark, fold motif and living-hinge design are the property of Stowz Pty Ltd. Content on this site may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacement of the product or refund of its purchase price. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
