Shipping within Australia

• Standard: $8.95, 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $75.
• Express: $14.95, 1–3 business days.
• All orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping to New Zealand is coming later in 2026 — join the newsletter to hear when it lands.

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your Stowz for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label for change-of-mind returns over $50; otherwise return postage is at your cost.

Warranty

Every Stowz is covered by a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your Stowz fails under normal use, we'll replace it.
